Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered if a paid service was not delivered, or if a repair clearly failed within the 30-day warranty window and we are unable to resolve the issue on a return visit.

Refund Request Process

Email query@atozacservice.in or call +91 93106 01182 within 7 days of the service. Include your name, service date, and a brief description of the issue.

Service Inspection

Our team may schedule a free re-inspection. If the issue cannot be resolved, an eligible refund will be approved.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Spare parts already installed are non-refundable but remain under manufacturer warranty.
